Alexa crashes on setup (Q68B)

I tried to setup Alexa for the first time on my Samsung Smart TV but it crashes without any error messages.

The information regarding my TV is as follows

- Model Code: QN50Q65BAFXZX
- Software Version: T-NKLBAKUC-1602.2, BT - S
- Status Code: 40401 _ACIADIAE7_HC114HD90H12551A6
- Sub-micom Version: T-NLBlNTV-1003

I have found Alexa problematic with my Hive and other devices, hence choose not to use it on my TV or Mobile. Recall the Hive (British Gas) team saying they struggle to validate compatibility issues with every software update.
