Hi
For the past few days my channels are not working. I'm getting message that aerial cable is disconnected. I've never had any cables connected. I've tried all the options found online and nothing is working.
Is there a reason why?

Could it be that your Samsung TV channels are/were working, as they are streamed via the internet?
Freeview channels will never work without an aerial attached, hence the message.
