smartthings professional calibration missing

I have a 55S90C tv which i would like to calibrate

First the calibration option was missing for days but yesterday it finally appeared

i got the option

BASIC CALIBRATION

PROFESSIONAL  CALIBRATION

i tried the first one and it worked

now the problem is whenever i want to calibrate again i only get the BASIC CALIBRATION option, the professional option is missing

how can i get it back.

i already reset picture mode, uninstalled the app and installed it again

what the hell is happening with this smartthings app.

options should be there ALWAYS

one day the options are there, the other day they are missing again.

iphone with smartthings hooked up to same wifi network as tv

at first the calibration option was missing.

after 5 days it suddenly appeared with basic and professional optional

then the professional option disappeared and now the calibrate option is totally missing again.

it looks like smartthings is a cloud based tool where they disable/enable options at will but without any logic.
