Adding App in my Samsung Hospitality Smart TV

Need Assistance. 

I would like to add an app in my Samsung Hospitality UHD TV but I only get is internet browser when I click Apps. 

I don't see any icon when I click the Apps.

You can put only a few apps. Just go to the hodpitality hidden menu pressing mute 119 enter
