Hello , i just bought a samsung smart tv SERIE 43' but idont know what year is it , samsung websites didnt gave me any information about year and there is no apps in the smart hub .

 

model number : UA43J5202ASXMV

Smart hub seems outdated , no spotify or hulu or facebook is availible

Have you checked for Software updates, @nekojin116? Go to Menu > Support > Software Update > Update Now. If this doesn't help, try a Smart Hub Reset. Go to Menu > Smart Hub > Reset Smart Hub.
