My black TV screen when turns on but has sound can someone help cost or who I can do to fix these it's 7 years old
Hi @Adamb-19_, do you have any external devices connected to the TV? Can you disconnect these? Have you tried it in a different power socket?
@Adamb-19_: If you press the Settings button on your remote with the TV powered on, can you see a menu on screen? If not then I recommend reaching out to an authorised Samsung Support Centre to arrange for an engineer to inspect the device. We are currently performing essential repairs only, as per government advice, so you may need to wait until these restrictions are lifted before an engineer can come out to you.
