2023 43" Frame TV will not turn on

I have had my Frame tv for about two months and has been working great. The tv currently will not turn on with the remote or hard power switch, only art mode. When I try to turn the tv on, it flashes on the screen then turns blank. I can hear an audible clicking sound (about 4 times) from the One Connect box. Please help.

Have you tried disconnecting the TV from the mains power for a few minutes, before plugging back in?

Thanks for responding. I have tried unplugging the power source multiple times. I've checked all the connections as well and still the same result.
