Since this week suddenly none of the HDMI ports are working.
When I unplug the hdmi cabl, it says no cable, and later on the hdmi port is not selectable at all at the source tab.
When I do connect it again, it says after a few seconds ' weak signal' and the result is the same. No screen.
Weird thing is, when I do connect hdmi 1 and also 2, and turn on ARC, I do hear the ' clicking' from switching options or turning on volume over my speakers from my receiver. So sound is being send over this cable (no audio from the cablebox tho, just system clicks)
What I already tried:
Unplugging tv for more than 10 minutes, and reconnect hdmi cables
Turn on and off CEC
Tried different sources for the HDMI (my ziggo box, dvd player, laptop)
factory reset through ondersteuning
Weird thing is: my tv says software version 3040. But when I look at tv firmware for my serif, that looks way older? But I can not downgrade I understood.
exact version: T-HKMFSDEUC-3040.1 *weird because I see eerywhere this startig with 12?
Never upgraded through USB BTW. Only automatic I assume.
Is my HDMI bord broken, or could it be software? Tv is still in warranty, but I prefer to fix it myself if possible, then sending back, change of broken tv etc

No, I did not yet. I tried a new cable (same brand/version) tho.
It's so weird that all devices (both hdmi 1 and 2) were working fine, and now they do not.
Also when I disconnect the cable, you do get the message no cable, when I do connect, weak signal.
But will ask a neighbour, if I can borrow a cable. But this cable is just 6 moths old and is certified with all those logo's
Besides that, any other suggestion? I read something about a hidden menu. Or is that only when your tv is out of warranty?

ok tried it with 2 different cables. Still NO SIGNAL 😞
