Reset factory

I have a UE50J6240AW TV, unfortunately it went back to the reset factory default settings via the hidden menu and also the screen shows everything upside down, please help me to use it again because it does not download an app

The Service Menu is only intended for technicians.

If you are going to walk in here yourself, things can go wrong.

I would like to do that, but it will costs money because it is not a defect.
