Hi,
I want to return my Samsung TV NL231118-88696669 but the when i try to search on the site it always says that order number not found . Calling samsung on the phone line and also whatsapp was no help as they just say ' I also cannot find i. I need to return this tv - so please place a return request, share return label and pick up day/time.

It is your collegues who suggested that i should try other channels since they dont have a solution. And now i am suggested to maintain one channel. I am very disappointed with the way this is working - how can the order number just vanish and i am unable to create a return?

Any update on this? My personal plans are stuck as i need to TV to be taken back.

How is Samsung planning to meet the 30 day return period timeline then? I have been chasing for over 2 weeks and there is no resolution date.
