Can anyone tell me how to set up/enable Wi Fi Calling on a 

SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab A7 10.4 4G Tablet ?

Thanks it seems that the tablet has to have Android 12 or higher (mine is on 11 and has only just been updated) but that was according to my Network Operator. So be it.

Untrue, I've got a Tab A8 that has a SIM in it and it supports VoLTE and WiFi calling

No, it's down to hardware, not software.

You can't, unfortunately on it's own. You can call and text on it if you have a Samsung phone to pair it with. Generally tablets can't make calls.
