@Jerome123: I can confirm that if you purchased your tablet in Dubai, and you are now outside that region, then this can cause compatibility issues with updates in your current region, due to software variance that exist in our mobile devices from country to country.
Devices are also region locked at the purchase stage to prevent grey imports, however the lock can be removed by inserting a SIM card from a network in the region of origin and making a 5-10 minute cumulative call to a local number from inside that region. This will then unlock the device for use with network SIMs in other regions.
