The Samsung warranty repair centre (Wandsworth - UK) currently has my tablet for repair (this was logged via Samsung and then collected by UPS) but they will not accept my proof of purchase
I bought the tablet online from Argos, I have sent them a screen shot of the order
Regardless of proof of purchase, the tablet is in warranty (purchase December 2017)
I need this resolved by someone from Samsung, please contact me.
