My new Tab S10+ speaker sound is out of sync when streaming video content. Clearing cache and resetting haven't resolved the problem. First time experiencing this on any tablet. Before returning it under warranty has anyone any sugestions as to what I might try?
Thank you for your input, there was no lag when I made a video so quite possibly an issue with my wireless internet as you suggested. Sound sync on YouTube has improved after another reset. I've also been advised rightly or wrongly that I should switch off my tablet and not leave it on sleep for extended periods as that can cause this problem too
