Hello! I've been trying to record audio on my Galaxy Tab A7 (I think?), and all recordings come out as nothing but static and doesn't actually record any audio. This wasn't an issue a couple days ago, as recordings worked completely fine. The voice recorder app is fully updated, and I've tried several fixes but none worked. If anyone could provide any assistance, that would be great. Thanks!

@orbitron507 hello, press and hold the Recorder app icon, you will see the button, click on it. You will see app settings. In Permissions, make sure you have permission granted to Microphone. In Storage, clear cache and data, restart and check.

I used the diagnostics tool you mentioned. First microphone doesn't work but second seems to be fine. Is there any way to prioritize the second microphone over the first? Also, audio from recorded video still works fine.

@Arsh2010: Please can you confirm the model number and current Android version of the device you're using (located in Settings > About phone > Model number // Software Information > Android version).
In the meantime, please head to Settings > Apps > Voice Recorder > Permissions, and make sure that Microphone is 'Allowed'. Furthermore, when accessing Voice Recorder, tap the 'List' option at the top of the screen to access any saved recordings.
