Hi there 👋 go to settings> advanced features>screenshoots and video recordings under section record sound choose media and video and select size like shown in picture it attached

Is your software up to date? If not go settings> Software updates and download latest update.

It should be this option who allows you do screen recording with selfie camera on top

@JohnDover: If you swipe from the top of the screen to the bottom, then again to enlarge the Quick Panel, can you see a 'Screen recorder' option? If so, tap on this option > Select a sound settings > Start recording. To record the screen with a video overlay of yourself, tap the silhouette of head and shoulders via the toolbar that appears at the top of the screen.
