After just a few months having the tablet and its a source of frustration and regret for me. Loaded with a huge ammount of apps that are simply badand I will never use but not being able to uninstall, terrible camera heavy restrictions about how to use it even though i spent 1300$ for it .It cost as much as the s24 ultra but it feels amd behave as previous generation device.Recently i noticed the display seemed super blurry and after few minutes i realized there was no option to adjust the screen resolution and im now stuck with 700x620 resulution( only 2 results when i type resolution in settings, while trying to figure out a way since i couldn't believe it was possible for them to forget a screen resolution option i also had the screen zoomed in somehow t
o a point where its impossible to actually do anything and no way to navigate to anywhere and try to reverse it. I would've hoped for software update but i know its about twice a years so i wont be waiting until 2025.I was considering to throw it in the garbage where it belongs but i take the long shot here and might get a refund first. On top of all that I've aways noticed that apps do feel somehow strange (nothing felt smooth and enjoyable in comparison. Unlocking my s24 ultra after using the tablet for a while feels like using a device thats at least 3 years more advanced.considered factory resetting it for 3rd time but now i have no way of backing up my data due to the display not functioning i will lose it all while not actually fixing anything so i will just take my L and avoid future frustration and learn to stop trusting brands so blindly next time.Just for the record i bought the s24 ultra without knowing a single detail simply because I want to upgrade my galaxy s10+ which i bought in the beginning of 2021 and it still worked pretty much perfectly after 1000s of hours usage, so being impressed with the Samsungs quality and performance is understatement and i knew until a major disappointment they will have me as a loyal customer.
My conclusion is that Samsung didn't sell many of the tablets o and dont care that much about supporting them.i will be very happy to get a refund but i doubt it and i wont be interested in replacements or repairs since im done with their tablets.
