Promotion ( keyboard cover) not received for S9 ULTRA purchase

Hi,

I would like to check with members who might have participated in the purchase of tab S9 ultra, where a keyboard cover was part of the promotion to be received within 180 days.

The 180 maximum stated by Samsung has passed since it was approved for my purchase and I cannot get a straight answer from their customer services ( I tried via WA).

Any advice and/or experience chasing this particular promotion?

Often these are shipped with the device, and the user has to enter a promotion code upon checkout process.

However there is a probability that it could be by redemption.

Was it ordered direct at samsung or through a retailer / network provider?

180 days seems an awful long time to have to wait... usually these redemption deals are over a 30 or 45 days rollout.

Was this an UK promotion? I would go back and check the small print of the promotion if you have that available.

Hi, thanks for the message. I purchased it directly from Samsung,  not Sams UK, but Italy. 

Indeed, I had to submit proof of purchase and I was supposed to get the item within 180 calendar days. I always knew T&C. However, I also purchased a phone S24 ultra which had Galaxy buds as a gift, and these came within 2 weeks of promo approval.

Hence being perplexed and disappointed.

SamsITA has also notified me ( just before 180 days were up) that they are "replacing" original keyboardcover's product number with a newer version ( supposedly compatible with S10 tab) but omitted to now say what is the delivery time. 

So I reached out to see if this is something other people experienced ( are experiencing).

Ok, sorry it has not worked out just now.

Obviously this is a user forum, but i would suggest getting in contact with the customer service team to investigate.

I am actually eyeing up the S10+ promotional deal for black friday, which also comes with a keyboard case. I hope this is more straight forward.

I hope you are able to resolve with Customer service. But I guess it is the Italian community and customer service that you need and not the UK.
