Unable to access folders of my A7 tablet when trying to open them from my computer

Hello,

Over the last few days, whenever I connect my A7 tablet to my computer and try to open folders, the loading will take ages and some hard drive icons pop up instead of some of the folders (see picture below). Whenever I try to open a folder, it will say it is empty instead of displaying the files.



Any idea of what is happening here and how to fix it would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Try wiping the cache partition on the tablet and that should resolve the issue. To do this, just search 'how to wipe cache partition Samsung A7 tablet' and you should find what you are looking for 🙂. Hope this helps! 😎

Thank you for your suggestion! Unfortunately, it didn't solve the issue.
I found out that the problem seems to be related to the computer rather than the tablet when I managed to access the folders from my laptop.
