Help!!! No reasonable home screen grid sizes on my brand new Tab A9+

Even my Samsung phone (with a much smaller form factor) has a 4x6 grid!  Why is there no 4x6 grid on my home screen on my new Tab A9+???!?  Having a vast amount of empty real estate with very small folders on the screen and tiny icons inside the folders that are barely visible is not very useful. What is the purpose of making that tablet harder to use???!?

I understand that before the latest UI update, there were useful grid sizes. That means that they should not be too difficult to bring back. Please be considerate of your customers. Just do it. Bring back the good grid sizes.

Between phones and tablets this is probably my 8th or 9th Samsung product. I hate to switch, but I also prefer a usable product.

Are there any work arounds? Easy doesn't show in my settings, and Good Lock is not available for my tablet. Does anyone have experience with a safe third part app that will give me a usable home screen grid size??? The current interface is barely usable.

Good Lock is available for my phone, which doesn't need it. (It has a 4x6 grid.) But it is not available for my A9+, which needs it! Also Easy doesn't show up on my Settings. Maybe third party software... or maybe Samsung with correct their error.

Either the free version of Nova Launcher. No longer updated but works fine or there's an app called Lawnchair. Lawnchair is a moded pixel launcher. Both will give you plenty of choice for home screen grid size. You can also change the icon size with both apps.
