Thus app isnt allowed to open Samsung internet

My tab S5e has recently started to produce the above message whenever I attempt to open a hyperlink of interest.   This is  extremely limiting use and pleasure of my tablet. Can anyone offer advice please? I only purchased this 3 months ago and have always bought Samsung tabs before but never had this problem until now.

Could you be a little more specific as to when this is happening? Are you on the Samsung Internet browser or is it when you receive a link in an email for instance? We just need to isolate what might be causing the issue.
