Same here mate. I'm amazed that with millions of units sold, we're the only ones noticing something as important as this. Unfortunately I don't know how to fix this either, I guess I have tried everything I could possibly think of by now. My only explanation is that Samsung is basically punishing us for purchasing their cheaper models. Well then, if Samsung doesn't want us to use their cloud services, fine with me, I'll happily switch to their competition.
