Tab S5e bluetooth issue

Anyone experiencing bluetooth connectivity issues since the last system update? Since the update which happened on my tab on the 23rd of Nov, I can't connect my bluetooth mouse which worked fine up until the update. All the answer I got from customer service, that I should by a Samsung bluetooth mouse, which is beyond ridiculous.

Thanks to the Twitter Support Team, it has been solved. They have been really professional and walked me through to several options until we found the solution. I don't know why the live chat support couldn't do the same.
