Sm-t580 retail mode

Bought a clearance tablet in town but it has Samsung Retail Mode on it, I cant remove Samsung Retail mode app it keeps crashing. I attempted to Factory reset the device using both settings and holding buttons down but says Mdm won't let me reset. I can't even set a password...

@HuggyThePanda: Retail Mode is intended for display models only, therefore I recommend returning to the retailer to arrange a refund or replacement. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Retailer won't give me a refund or replacement. What do I do now? Surely you guys have a way I can get into it or remove it??

There Isn't anything we can do, @HuggyThePanda. As Andrew mentioned, these models are for stores only and not for public consumption.

@HuggyThePanda: Phones featuring Retail Mode are specifically manufactured for display purposes and aren't intended to be sold. I understand that this must be disappointing, however our engineers wouldn't be able to resolve this for you.
