Typically, our devices will receive software support for around 2 years from the release date, however this mainly due to the limitations of the hardware and the potential compatibility issues with newer Android versions. If your banking apps are no longer compatible with your tablet, then I'd recommend accessing the service via your banks website using a browser, as an online version is usually available if you don't have access to the app. I understand that this is far from ideal, and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
