samsung tab3

Hi all, I'm new on here! I have a samsung tablet 3, the screen has stuck on the picture I have shown you, I can can keep tapping the "ok" but it just wont disappear! I know it's an old tablet but has always worked fine, any suggestions? Please?

hard reset should clear it. back it up first, though!

is that holding the 3 main buttons all at once? cant back it up because can't get past the screen as it is? 😔

Hi @fragle 

Hold the Power and Volume Down key for a while and the Tablet should turn off and then reboot.

Let us know how it goes!

Hey, 

I posted a question couple of hours ago regarding an issue related to my Samsung galaxy s, but before that, I had a galaxy tab A. that stopped manually OS update checking. I was ignorant of the problem until my sites were not tablet friendly anymore (on my tab). So I had a little help from a buddy of mine at the nearest Samsung outlet, and I got my problem solved. 

I feel stupid. I should have known about this incredible support forum.

I  am new to this forum, and when I look at your problem which is similar to mine was, and the solution provided by the moderator, I feel like a dumb*** not knowing about his forum and how helpful it is.
