Samsung S9 FE and 6month Disney+

Hello,

I recently claimed a 12 month sub to Disney plus with my Samsung S23 FE,

Today I received my tablet S9FE, I already hady claim approved for headphones but it said don't forget your Disney plus sub.

When I try and claim it says not eligible.

Is this maybe because I already claimed a 12 month one on my phone or should I be able to do both?

@Wright995: If you have the same Samsung account registered to your Tab S9 FE as your S23 FE, then this might prevent you from claiming the code. The terms and conditions state that, "Only one claim per Promotion Product is permitted during the Promotion Period," which might also explain why you're not eligible to claim again. Apologies for any disappointment this may cause you.

Codes don't work on active subscriptions. Wait until your sub ends then try the code. I had to do this to get my 6 month code to work.
