Hi, just brought this tablet and it stated it has a sim card slot. I inserted a active SIM and it doesn't read on the tablet. I can't find much info online but can anyone please confirm this model doesn't except a sim card and works

Have you inserted the sim the right way, it might be upside-down and unable to read.

@Calv: There is a Wi-Fi only version of the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, as well as a 4G variant that is compatible with Nano SIM cards. Having looked into this for you, the SM-P613 is the Wi-Fi only variant, so you won't be able to install a SIM card directly into the tablet itself.

If you head to Settings > Advanced features > Call & text on other devices, and do the same on a compatible Samsung smartphone, then you can make and receive calls and texts on your tablet as long as you're signed in to the same Samsung account on both devices. To find out more, please check out the link below.

@scooba190: The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (SM-P620) is the Wi-Fi only variant, and does not support SIM cards.

Hello, I have the P610 variant of the S6 Lite running Android 13. There is no slot for a sim card. Can I install an e-Sim on this tablet? I cannot find a definitive answer. Thank you.
