I can't open the app because it said that it requires to update, but when I open the store, it doesn't show up anything to update. (I look around the playstore and it said that it won't work for my device) I need help.

Have you tried looking in the Samsung store—not Google?

Go to Settings > Apps > Force stop > Storage > Clear cache and try again.

Worse case: uninstall the app and reinstall it. If it's downloaded from the Play Store, get it from the Samsung store, or vice versa, depending on where it is now.
