I've had a galaxy tab 5se for over a year, for the last couple weeks cannot get any updates on the galaxy store and I keep being asked to sign in my Samsung account, but when I sign in it just hangs on the sign in page. I know I have correct login as my Samsung phone is still going ok and signs in ok - I have looked at vids on you tube, clearing cache and force stops, restarting etc but getting nowhere. Tried to factory reset but it sends me to the Samsung account sign in page, HELP ANY 💡IDEAS
