S7 Tab random black screen flickering.

Hello guys,

My S7 Tab is constantly flickering into a black screen every few minutes and sometimes goes full black and I have to do a soft reset every time it does.

I've turned off adaptive brightness, turned up the brightness, full charge, screen timeout set to 30 minutes, used safe mode, factory reset, and have up-to-date software updates.

any help would be appreciated.

Close background apps and force restart your tablet
There is a possibility that the screen flickers due to some CPU-intensive apps that are left running in the background. So the first thing you have to do is to close them, and then refresh your tablet’s memory, as well as reload all its apps and services.

- Tap the Recent Apps key to view apps running in the background.
- Tap Close All to force quit the apps.
- To force restart your tablet, press and hold the Power key and the Volume Down button for 10 seconds. This will trigger your device to shut down and power back up.
- When the logo shows, release both keys and allow your tablet to continue the boot process.
