Problem with notifications icon in dex mode

Anybody else experienceing Problems with notifications icon in dex mode? I have the tablet S7 and tablet.S8, and it's the same problem on both tablets ,Were the notification icon in dex mode when Pressed we'll just freeze and glitch out the task bar. And display an error message On the very first use it sometimes works once. And from then will not function It's definitely broken and needs to be fixed I don't use any power saving modes or do anything that will cause it to do this. It's annoying as notifications are essential to using Dex mode. Please help

Hi to anyone looking at this post samsung Has resolved the issue that I was having. I downloaded an app called notification tray icon which allows you to control the volume through your notifications pull down tray. This app was Interfering with the notifications icon in dex mode So I removed it and it solved the problem immediately. I also had to clear the data in Samsung dex ui app. Well done samsung team!! Great support!
