PDF Editor App - Recommendation? (Galaxy Tab S6 lite)

Hi

I'm looking for an PDF Editor-App for my Galaxy Tab S6 lite. First, I gave Samsung Notes a try, but it has not all the features I need. What I miss most is highlighting across multiple lines. In SNotes I have to mark each individual line separately.

Are there any apps that are guaranteed to work with the SPen?

Personally I find Samsung Notes is fine for me, have not use 3rd party ones  but there will be restrictions with free apps,the Adobe options can be fairly expensive. Might see some alternatives in this article https://www.pcworld.com/article/407214/best-pdf-editors.html

I was hoping more for recommendations for Android editors, such as those listed here https://www.techradar.com/best/best-pdf-reader-android or here https://www.androidpolice.com/best-pdf-editors-for-android/. But which editor actually works with the SPen (and requires as few permissions as possible)?
