Because I was using Powerdirector video app absolutely without any issue on my small Galaxy f13 6 gb mobile phone, I decided to buy Ta a9+ for big screen. But I feel cheated that I was able to use Powerdirector app on my 10k worth small mobile, and Unable to use on this 20k big tablet???
When I use Powerdirector video editor app on this tab, it always shows all sorts off errors like, decocoder error, Unable to produce, etc,. at the time of editing and producing a video. I have done all the possible efforts of update, cleaning cache, restart, cleaning memory, reset, etc., But still I a Unable to use this app. I have come to know that A9+ software is not optimized to hadle video editing apps. Kindly provide an Software Update to make this Powerdirector app usable on this tablet.
