My galaxy tab s6 model number SM-T865 can not connect to S pen

My galaxy tab s6 showing S pen disconnected for about 2 weeks, i tried to reset S pen, it is not working and i have called the support team in Cambodia and advised to do factory reset and i did it and it is not working. It is still showing that your S pen can not connected. It is so frustrating. I useed less than a year and take care of it. Please see few picture for your reference. I am looking forward to hear your response. Thank you!

does your S pen have any damage to it? may be because water or dust got inside

I had that before , contact Samsung support , they will go through various checks with you to test pen , they sent me a new pen for free

No damage i used it carefully. It happened since the update of air command.

Till now my spen can not connect S6 for using air command!

I'm having the same issues. The original s-pen got broken. I bought a new one that is supposed to be compatible, Samsung s6 lite stylus grey (ej-pp610) but it will not connect and so I cannot use any of the air actions, which I found to be useful previously.
