Hi team, i am about to buy a second hand galaxy tab s9fe . Question is : is there a way to check if it is import ,black listed or sim unlocked all networks. All i know is that can be checked by serial number but i dont know any legit website. Anyone know?

You can use one of these sites to check where tab is from and additional information by entering IMEI number

There are significant risks to buying second hand (and this includes buying from eBay and Facebook marketplace).

The key risk is that you buy the tablet, the seller then reports it as stolen and claims on their insurance. The insurers then blacklist the device.

The device you then bought in good faith becomes an expensive door draught excluder.

As has been said above, only buy from reputable resellers.

I think you are better off enquiring with the seller to check if it is unlocked or try buying it & then taking it to your local phone shop to check if it is locked or not

@kosta55321  You can check on the sites mentioned, aditionally I would add that it is advisable to only buy 2nd hand from trustworthy sources.

💯 couldn't agree more. Too many risks. Some of the devices might even be stolen.
