Has Samsung blocked the moving of apps to sd card? Or is it Andriod pie blocking transfer
Maybe just Samsung trying to sell tablets with more memory at inflated price?

Did you manage to get this sorted out or are you still having the same problem? Note, not all apps can be moved to an SD card as some need to run from the main memory of the tablet itself.
