Move apps to SD card on Tab A 8 2019

Hi 

I've been trying to  move apps across to SD card but it is not giving me the option to move them (I know that some apps can't be moved but I am trying apps that I have moved on my old device). Have no problem doing it on my old 2016 model. I have swapped the SD cards around to see if that is the issue but no joy.  Please can anyone help?

I'm having same issue on same type tablet tab a 8  (2019) first time ever thought of returning a Samsung product. There's no Samsung game launcher on this model plus super slow compared to tab a 8 (2017)

Same for me. Very dissatisfied.  Apparently a known issue now. Samsung,  can you please respond?
