I set my home screen layout up in landscape, it scales better for both orientations that way. Check auto-rotate is not turned off

its turned on but i cant order buttons

Go into System Settings>Display>Navigation bar. You can mess with the navigation buttons there or turn them off and use gestures which gives a much richer full screen experience in all apps. I have just about got used to the gestures myself, it's a nice feature. Icons for apps hold and drag them around.

Apologies, had to edit my message as I got this a tad wrong 🙃. You won't be able to change the buttons whilst in Landscape mode, but the order you choose in Portrait mode will be the same whilst in Landscape. Hope this clears things up!
