I bought 128Gb Kingston USB OTG but it does not show up on my Galaxy Tab S7. However it opens on my Galaxy A42 5G. What do I need to do to have it working?

No, you don't need to enable any settings at all for storage devices to be detected and show up when plugged into the type c port.
I don't think its even possible to disable it.

It should work, does your tablet make any suggestion that it knows its connected at all, like a notification, or a sound, or does it act like nothing is plugged in?

Does it recognise any other storage devices, like external hard drives, or a different usb stick.
At this point there's probably 1000 different little things it could be, need to start narrowing it down.

I don't have any other USB type C to test it, nor a hard drive.
