Hi I have been trying to find out how to prevent the tablet from automatically closing apps to save RAM space, or at least how to prevent it from closing specific apps. I eventually (this is a hard thing to search for) found a page explaining how to 'lock apps' in phone mode, explaining it would keep the app running continuously and not close it.
My question is how to do this in DEX mode?
Clip Studio works far better in Dex mode than it does in Tablet mode (where it just behaves very oddly and doesn't have as nice an interface) so I always use it in DEX mode However, every now and then I'll go back to the app to find it having closed itself and has to reload everything. obviously this is unacceptable.
there are other games/apps I'd like to not ever close, also.
So, how to I lock apps, or prevent them from being cleared out of the RAM, in Samsung Dex?
