Hi, @Ginge1. I've tested this out on the Promotional webpage. As long as you choose the Wi-Fi-only variant on the dropdown, you'll only be asked for the serial number.
Please choose Galaxy Tab S9 FE - SM-X510N on the dropdown.

I am having the same issue. When I put the claim in I was only asked for the serial number and now they want IMEI number which is not on my wifi variant. It's really frustrating.

That's very unusual, @7cMc3. Is this in relation to the same promotion, and have you been liaising with the Promotions Team to clarify the situation?
