Galaxy Tab A7 connection to TV via HDMI

Hi, is it possible to connect the Galaxy A7 Tab to a TV via HDMI? I have no wi-fi so need to do it via USB-C. Lots of conflicting reports on the internet. Please help!!

The Tab A7 does not allow for HDMI screen mirroring. Best bet is to get wifi.

you can use a google chromecast without an active wifi network as it can act as an access point itself

Is there any reason why it does not allow screen mirroring like other Samsung devices?

Simplest answer is because it is not a high end device like other devices which have HDMI screen mirroring for example the Galaxy S20 Series
