Tab 9FE connecting to screen Via HDMI

I'm trying to connect my S9 FE to the TV Via a Type C to HDMI cable. But I'm having issues. 

Anyone have any tips or ideas how to get this working.

Unfortunately tab s9 FE doesn't support DisplayPort, and wireless or non wireless Dex won't work.
