Galaxy tab a 8 2019 smart view

Galaxy tab a 8 2019 (SM-5290) smart view is missing.

It is not in the pull down setting area or hiding in button order

my galaxy tab a 8 2017 has the smart view option

i need to mirror this to my pc for a training course

Same here on my SM-T250 even though it works fine on my S10

Samsung in their infinite wisdom have removed the feature in the 10 update, no doubt.
A shame their customer support is so useless, they couldn't even give me a straight answer and weren't even interested in the issue
