downloading do not turn off target

I have a Samsung Galaxy camera and for some reason when I turned it on it said Downloading do not turn off target. Been like this for hours and it doesnt matter what I press it will not turn off. What can I do to be able to use my camera again.

You have to long-press the Vol.Down, Camera and Power button for at least 10 seconds.
