I use a Samsung Tab S10 Lite. I had wanted to make a purchasement with my tablet for the first time ever. So I tried to first make a purchase in-game but it didn't let me. Saying ''unathorized access to your account was detected, cancelling payment for your information's safety.'' Then I tried adding my card as a payment method first, same error occurs.
I looked up solutions online like using a different card, clearing samsung checkout and galaxy store's cache & data, restarting device, changing samsung account, factory resetting the entire thing... None of it helped. I used samsung's ''contact us'' section and filled the information they asked me to, also specifically mentioned that I tried all the aforementioned solutions. Only to get responded with the exact same solutions I specifically mentioned that didn't work. They also said I cannot reply to the email they sent so now I'm stuck and can't purchase anything on galaxy store.
Please help me if you have any solutions... Thanks.
