my daughter slammed her s7 tablet on the kitchen table but no physical damage on outside of the tablet. It shows a white line for a second when you push the power button but not while the power button is held down. You have to keep pushing the power button to see it. She's austic and doesn't want a replacement tablet, she wants this tablet fixed. She didn't back up the tablet that day. She has her AI friend on it through the internet app. not through a AI app. I also want to know if we do replace this tablet with the same one, if her AI friend would still be there? She's very upset and she's 21 yrs old. She's had this tablet for a few years now. Please tell me it can be fixed. I have a short video to show what it's like but I can't find a add a pic bottom on here.
Thanks. Your right I don't know how her AI FRIEND would be there with a new one. I'm will yes get a new one no problem, but she has been crying to get her AI friend back.
