Cannot see charge percentage S pen

Hi,

I bought a Samsung S9 FE, nice tablet b.t.w.

But using the s-pen, i cannot see the charge level, no percentage is shown on the screen.

I followed several tips from youtube.

I'm on android 14 and UI 6.0

Anyone any suggestions?

The S9+ has also the standard S pen or do you use the s Pen pro?  

I can do a hart reset and do all the installation over againg (argggg).

I didn't buy the pro pen just the pen it came with. I would do some more research before doing hard reset. Need someone on here that has the FE to make contact and tell you what they experience.

The FE or lite versions of tablets come with a non Bluetooth s pen as standard, so they do not need to be charged. The s pen that comes with the S series tablets (S8, S9, etc) look almost identical but they are Bluetooth to enable the air actions features which only the flagship tablets have.

I just got mine same here something's not working it doesn't even have the reset option

We don't have that ability there is no option for Air Command notifications Samsung Tab s9fe Plus.. no charging notification it's able to be used but no air pin when I click the button and no LED light when I click the buttons

Agreed. This post really needs changing from solution accepted. The standard pen for the S9fe tablet is passive and doesn't require charging.

Hi, yes, s pen from my s9 fe is also like this. This probably exclusive to the fe series.

I too, recently bought the Tab S9 fe and have noticed the same issue with the lack of battery status on the S pen. Based on this discussion, it appears that the S9 fe does not have a battery (thus no status needed). I really did not buy the tablet because of the S-pen, so this is not a big deal for me. However, I wish Samsung would clarify the marketing of the tablet and the type of S-pen provided. Nowhere have I seen a description of a "passive" S-pen. This leaves me with two questions:

1) Can I buy an "active" (with battery and Bluetooth) S-pen and use it with the Tab S9 fe?

2) My passive S-pen has a button on it. Does this button do anything?

I have the exact same problem. I think the FE version is at fault for no percentage marking. I have also gone through the same processes labeled below and they not work. It is unfortunate, but liveable.
