Can't access secure folder?

Hi all, hope someone can help.. I have a Tab S3 (T820) and I can't access the secure folder. I've agreed to the T&C's, the next screen asks me to sign in with biometrics or password. Done both, even changed my password and verified with email but it doesn't do anything, just flicks back to the Agree T&C's screen... Thanks for any help/info! 👍

Did you try removing and reinstalling it

Under storage clear data and try again to set up

Cleared data and cache, done that, no luck.

Try with mobile data on instead of being on wifi
